This meeting will provide an open, interactive, discussion to address the needs of senior clinicians.  Participants will be expected to offer their thoughts, feelings, and concerns regarding the administrative, ethical, emotional, and psychological issues surrounding their experience as clinicians who are in the late career and/or retirement phase of their career. Such topics may include, but are not limited to: when to inform your patients of your retirement, the process of referring your patients to other clinicians, dealing with cognitive decline, finding purpose after retirement, etc.
